Dear Landlord,

My name is Bernardo, and I am an 18-year-old student from Portugal. I have recently been accepted into the Bachelor's programme at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, where I will begin my studies in August 2026. I am now looking for a place that I can call home throughout the four years of my degree.

My admission to the Conservatoire has already been confirmed. The only remaining step is the formal enrolment, which depends on the official publication of my final secondary school results. Although my final grades are already known, my school has not yet issued the official documents required by the Conservatoire. As soon as they become available, I will immediately complete my enrolment and provide any documentation that may be required.

A little about myself: I am a calm, respectful and organised person who values a peaceful living environment. Music has always been at the centre of my life, and I am excited to continue developing both personally and professionally in The Hague. As a saxophone student, I complete all of my practice sessions at the Conservatoire, which means I do not practise my instrument at home. I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I always strive to be considerate of the people around me. Studying music has taught me the importance of discipline, respect and cooperation, values that I bring to everyday life and shared living.

My parents will fully support me financially throughout my studies and are happy to act as guarantors if required, ensuring that all financial obligations will be met reliably and on time.

I am looking for a comfortable and quiet place where I can fully dedicate myself to my studies while also feeling at home. I truly believe I would be a responsible, respectful and reliable tenant, and I would take great care of the property.
