Dear Landlord, My name is Sebastian Garcia Welman (23) and I would be intrested in moving into this apartment with girlfriend Cheyenne (21). I am a Latin American mix who grew up in Portugal and she is Dutch/Zambian. We are students who met in Groningen who are looking to move into a place together and continue our academic journey.
My girlfriend and I are both working students on student finance; we bring in around 4k a month in by ourselves. We would be looking for jobs as soon as we would arrive to Zuid Holland. My father is also our guarantor who gives me an extra 1k a month and I have 10k in savings.
