Matilde is looking for: A Studio / Apartment in Den Haag

My name is Matilde Santos, and I currently live in The Hague. I am looking for a new place to live as the lease on my current studio is coming to an end. I am already settled in the Netherlands and am now searching for a comfortable and well-maintained home where I can stay long term.

I am in the final year of my bachelor studies and am currently completing an internship alongside working part-time at the Mall of the Netherlands. I will finish my studies in July, after which I will transition into full-time employment. This provides me with stable and reliable income, and I am fully able to meet all rental obligations. I have always paid my rent on time and take my responsibilities as a tenant seriously.

I consider myself to be a quiet, calm, and respectful person. I enjoy a peaceful living environment and tend to spend most of my time at home in a relaxed way. In my free time, I like knitting, reading, and listening to music. I am not someone who hosts parties or creates noise, and I value maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for both myself and the people around me.

Having a safe and comfortable home is very important to me, and I take good care of the place I live in. I always treat an apartment with respect and attention, keeping it clean and well maintained. I believe that a home should be a place of calm and stability, and I reflect this in how I live.

I plan to remain in the Netherlands for the foreseeable future (at least the next five years) and am therefore specifically looking for a long-term rental. I am seeking a quiet and peaceful place where I can settle, feel at home, and build stability as I move into the next stage of my professional life.
